Tracy Regard
Tracy Regard, LCSW, BACS, & Co-Founder of Spectrum Pediatric Therapies

Tracy Regard LCSW-BACS received a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a concentration in Human Services Management and a minor in Sociology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1996.  She received her Master’s in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1999.

Along with Thomas Houdek, LCSW-BACS, she established Avoyelles’ first private counseling practice and worked there from 2005 until 2015. During this time, she realized the great shortage of services for individuals with autism and special needs in Avoyelles parish and the surrounding areas and dedicated herself to the cause.

In 2015, Tracy completed a certification in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) for children aged 0-5 under the supervision of Dr. Joy Osofsky, Dr. Phillip Stepka, and Dr. Amy Dickson all with the LSU Health Sciences Center Harris Infant Mental Health program.  Tracy is also certified as a CARF surveyor.

Tracy resides in Marksville.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.  She is a frequent traveler and is an avid animal lover.

Jessica Dekle, Co-Founder of Spectrum Pediatric Therapies

Jessica is an Avoyelles parish native who graduated from Marksville High School and attended Louisiana Tech University.  She has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years in human resources and administration in both the IOP and mental health rehabilitation environments. Jessica has assisted with CARF accreditation as the Corporate Administrative Director for the Southern Region for one of the largest MHR providers in Louisiana.  

The most rewarding experience for her has been ensuring members are receiving the services they need due to being in a rural underserved area.  Jessica is looking forward to working with members, businesses, and professionals in the community to provide quality services in Avoyelles parish and the Central Louisiana area.  Jessica is married and is the mother of two boys.

My name is Tangie Doty. I live in Moreauville, Louisiana. I have been with Spectrum Pediatric Therapies for  4 years.  I started as an RBT and was given the opportunity to become an Administrative Assistant. I came into this field thinking that I was going to be helping children but they have taught me patience and that love needs no words. My fiancée and I love spending time with our three beautiful boys.

Sarah is a resident of Pineville, Louisiana. She is a wife and mother of three children. She enjoys gardening, baking, exercising, singing, and reading. She graduated with her masters from Nichols in 2017 and has been working for Spectrum Pediatric Therapies since 2019.

Lauren Milton

My name is Lauren Milton and I have been a BCBA for a little over 3 years. I fell in love with ABA during my time as a line tech when I realized the ability we had to give our kids a voice and teach them communication skills. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy doing outdoor activities with our two beautiful daughters.

Melanie James

Melanie James, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), is the newest addition to the Spectrum Pediatric Therapies team. With a passion for helping children and a dedication to her field, Melanie brings a unique blend of knowledge, creativity, and compassion to her work.

Melanie’s journey in behavior analysis began with a keen interest in psychology and helping those with disabilities. She has worked in many settings serving people from ages 2 to 102 with a variety of disabilities. More specifically, she has worked in the field of ABA for 6 1/2 years with individuals with ASD. She earned her Masters of Education with Honors at Nicholls State University in 2023 and obtained her BACB certification in 2024. 

At Spectrum Pediatric Therapies, Melanie is committed to providing personalized and evidence-based interventions to ensure that each child receives the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs.

Renee Powell

Renee’ Powell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science in 2018, with a focus on Occupational Therapy directly working with children with developmental disabilities. Renee’ began implementing ABA therapy as a Registered Line Technician in 2018 and obtained her Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022.

 

She values compassionate care and strives to incorporate learning through naturalistic play. Using individualized treatment plans, Renee focuses on implementing achievable goals with the aim of reaching maximum potential for each child. She understands the importance of the guardians’ involvement and highly values the social validity of interventions.

Madison Fremin

Madison is a native of South Louisiana who graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) blossomed when she worked as a registered line technician, leading her to pursue a higher level of education. In 2020, she earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Madison prefers facilitating her clients' learning experiences through play and by utilizing the natural environment. She understands and values the collaborative partnership between herself and her clients' caregivers, recognizing its pivotal role in achieving socially significant goals. Madison's approach centers around meeting her clients at their current developmental stage, treating them with unwavering respect, patience, and empathy. Beyond her professional commitments, Madison enjoys attending local festivals with her husband and spending time with her beloved wiener dog, Grizzly.

Alayna Boone

Mrs. Alayna Boone is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. In 2018, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After graduation, she began working as a Registered Line Technician (RLT), where she provided ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Seeing the impact ABA made in the lives of her clients and their families inspired Alayna to continue her education, and in 2021, she earned her Master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.

 

Alayna strives to meet each child where they are developmentally and is committed to designing treatment plans that support each child in reaching their highest potential. She is passionate about collaborating with family and other providers to ensure the most comprehensive, individualized treatment. Alayna ensures high-quality ABA services are provided through play in a positive, fun, and safe environment.

Meghan Lafleur

Meghan Lafleur is a LBA, BCBA who lives in Rayne, Louisiana. In 2018, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She had plans of becoming a counselor and accepted a position as an RLT in 2018 to gain experience, and she realized a passion for ABA. In 2021, she graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and became board certified and licensed. Meghan has a special interest in early intervention and emerging vocal learners. All children learn best through play and Meghan enjoys finding ways to embed as many learning opportunities naturally within play, so that her clients are unaware that they are “working” while they are playing.  Meghan also feels passionately about collaborating with families in parent training to help clients generalize skills learned in clinic to all other settings. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, Louie.
